WHAT: EndoWarrior2Boss is a campaign to raise awareness about endometriosis as a disability in the workplace. Your story (which is anonymized using AI) helps spotlight ENDO’s toll on female employees at work and at school.

WHO: We’re speaking to Canadian employers and changemakers (think insurance companies, unions, provincial health authorities, elected officials).

WHY: Our ask is for stakeholders to push for coverage for TIER-1 testing for endometriosis in Canada; accurate, non-invasive testing that supports a rapid diagnosis so sufferers can access care. The costs of doing nothing are huge. Let’s address the #1 cause of absenteeism for women and reduce the $5k/year disease burden. We think EVERY stakeholder can win by ending the silent suffering and unlocking support by pushing for TIER-1 diagnostic test coverage.
